Working principle of MTW Grinding Mill
Working principle of the MTW series european trapezium mill is of vertical structure, small working area, sets type, while the main transmission device is ow sealed gear case transmitting stably. Key parts of the mill are of high-quality steel, which make the whole machine abrasion resistent and reliable. The electric system is constrolled concentrade, which is advanced and reasonable in type selection, high in automation, small in volume and weight of vibration feeders, easy to adjust and save electricity. Working process of the whole machine is as follows:
Big bulk materials after being crushed to required fineness by jaw crushers will be feed to hoppers by the lifting machine, and feed by the vibration feeders evenly, with a fixed amount, and continuously to the main mill for grinding, powder will raise with fan airflow, graded by powder selection machine, powder meeting the required fineness will enter into the cyclone dust collector with airflow for separating and collection, finally, they will be discharged from the powder valve and that’s the final powder. Airflow is absorbed to the centrifugal fan through the backwind tube on top of the big cyclone dust collector, the whole air system of the machine is closed and circulatory, and is of circulation flow under conditions of positive and negative pressure.
Main engine of the MTW series european trapezium mill is as flows: it drives the central draft to rotate through the whole transmission device, head of the draft is connected with the roller hanger, there is a roller device on the frame and can form a swing supporting point. Roller device will not only rotate around the central draft, and will rotate around the mill ring, roller itself will rotate under abrasion effect. There is a blade installed under the roller frame, which is able to feed materials into the mill ring of the roller while blade and rollers are rotating and form a litter layer, which will generate outward centrifugal force while rollers are rotating to grind the materials and achieve the powder making purpose.
