Using and maintenance of crushers

Key points of using and maintenance of crushers can be classified as follows according to different machine types and working conditions:

1. Before start, driving wheel should be moved for one or two circles artificially and starts to work after confirmation of stable movement. Feeding should be implemented after regular operation.

2. Before stop of power, vibration feeder should be stoped firstly and materials in it should be cleaned up.

3. Tempreture of draft should be attached great importance during operation, and perfect lubrication should be guaranteed and notice whether there is abnormal sounds and vibration. While irregular situations occur, stop should be implemented to see whether there are materials not easy to crush, and stop the motor power.

4. Even feeding should be guaranteed to avoid overload. Equipment should be strictly protected from metal, wood and other un-easy crush materials. If crushing can’t be implemented, moisture should not be too high; during wet-type crushing, proper moisture should be kept so as to avoid inadequaty of moisture or reduce capacity.

5. Examine wherther size of grains can meet relative requirements. If propotion of over-big grains is too high, reasons should be figured out(such as over-big clearance between grate bars, over-wide discharge opening, wearance of hammers and so on ), and measures should be carried out accordingly.

6. While crushers are stopped, fasterning bolt should be examined to see whether they are tight enough as well as wearness of wearable parts. For crushers, woods among teeth should be picked out during stop time.

7. Weared parts should be changed or repaired in time.

8. Securing device of crushers should always work in a good condition to avoid invalidity caused by negligence.
